Email that actually arrives

They're two small, deliberately boring services we run for the businesses we look after. One makes sure enquiries from your website land in your inbox. The other makes sure the scans from your photocopier turn up. Both exist because "it says it's sent" and "it's arrived" are not the same thing.
Pop your email in and the relay will send you a real scan-to-email message right now, so you can see exactly what arrives.
One email, no list, no follow-ups. We keep the address only in the delivery log.

Most website forms send their email through the web host. That host was never given permission to send mail as your business, so Microsoft and Google treat the message with suspicion: it goes to junk, or it's dropped altogether and nobody tells you. The enquiry looked fine to the customer. You just never saw it.
We route your form messages through a dedicated, authenticated sending service instead, so they arrive properly and you can see that they did.
Nothing about your site changes for visitors. We point the form at the relay, test it end to end, and you carry on replying from your normal inbox. If we built your website, it's already set up this way.
Sharp, Ricoh, Canon, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Brother, HP — if the device has a scan-to-email setting, we can point it at the relay. We'll set it up remotely or on site, and test it with a real scan before we leave.

Photocopiers were designed to send email the way it worked ten years ago: a username, a password, and a mail server that didn't ask questions. Microsoft 365 and Google have rightly tightened up since then. So scanning stops working after a security change, or the day someone turns on multi-factor authentication, or when the person whose login was on the copier leaves. The device still says "sent". The scan never arrives.
Instead of weakening your email security to keep an old copier happy, we give the copier its own dedicated route.
How it works
Your website form or copier gets its own sending credentials on the relay. Nothing else in your business changes.
A real enquiry through the form, a real scan from the copier, checked in the inbox at the other end — not just "the light went green".
The relay logs every message. If a copier goes quiet or something starts bouncing, we tend to know before you've had chance to phone.
Is this email genuine?
Messages from these domains are sent on behalf of a business that uses REONEX. A website enquiry will have the enquirer's own address as the reply-to; a scan will have come from the copier at the business named in the sender address. Both are digitally signed, so your mail system can verify they weren't forged.
If something looks wrong — an attachment you weren't expecting, a request for money or login details — don't open it. Check with the business directly using a number you already have, and feel free to forward it to us at enquiry@reonex.co.uk.
Keeping the relay on its own domain means a copier or contact form can never be used to send as a member of staff, and your own email domain's reputation stays exactly that — your own.
